Lamco carefully sorts & selects raw material for each production (LAMCO LFL^®,LAMFLOOR^® & SPS-3 STUD)

• Recycling from one production into another 

After each production, raw materials that did not meet the quality requirements are cut to shorter lengths, defects are removed, the wood is reclassified (NLGA standards) and those short pieces are finger jointed into Lamco studs. In the end, any unused fiber is recycled into wood pellets.

• Higher strength raw material : contains high volume of MSR lumber.
  
• More joints per piece: always 3 or more.
• Finger joints: 7/8” structural male/ female joints.
• Available in 2x3, 2x4 & 2x6 Sizes: Depths: 2-7/16”, 3-7/16” ,5-7/16”, Thickness 1-7/16”, Lengths up to 12’.
• Glue: HEXION HRA series AG 5600(Heat Resistant Adhesive). Meets ASTM D-2559 & CSA O112.7-M1977 standards. Accepted in LEED projects.
• Less wane, big knots, holes & fiber deviation than other studs on the market. No rot.
